I've always been really cautious of seeking a new job with a recruitment agency, however The Recruitment Company has completely changed my mind on this! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and really cared about what I wanted from my employment. Alex suggested a job position that I would not have had the confidence to apply for, but I am now working in this position!! I had not been for a job interview for nearly 2 years so was a little apprehensive, but Alex gave me advice on which questions may be asked and how was best to answer them; we even had a role-play interview!
