Our client is in the beginnings of a new business which will completely revolutionise their current industry, initially locally but with big plans to roll this out across the UK.

It is primarily an internet based company with offices in Norwich city centre.  Only 3 months ago we recruited their first Customer Service Manager and due to her success and the company growing in line with expectations they’re looking to take on another.

Your duties will be varied and probably change as time goes on.  Initially you will provide a support by both telephone and email to customers, firstly explaining your services as they’re pretty different to the norm and then supporting them as they use your services ensuring there dealings with your company are happy, efficient and eventually extremely successful.
